I previously posted on cupcakes in Atlanta – so this one’s for you, Chicago. Sarah’s Candies not only has cupcakes but fantastic lemon bars, yummy turtles, great fruit tarts, and amazing cookies. They do an amazing job packaging their goodies for favors as well.
