Red + White

Call me a romantic, but pink and red is one of my favorite color palettes. 

So how do two stridently independent and opinionated lovebirds get married in the age of Platinum Weddings, anyway? Like so many things that would follow, we found our inspiration in the world of wedding blogs.

Sometimes, I can just tell I’m a Southern girl.  Can I just say that if I weren’t doing what I am doing for my vow renewal that this is my new favorite inspiration?

Candice from the fabulous Jubilee Events and Connecticut Weddings blog sent us this board utilizing a gorgeous color palette of aurora red, withered rose, and ochre.

I haven’t done an inspiration board in SO long. I am already loving red week! So for this one, think upscale taco cart….Red with a twist of lime. Natural, but not vintage. With permission to use as many graphics as possible.

Ah, yes, you’ve guessed it – it’s time for another color week and this time it is RED!

This board started as something entirely different but I really like the end result.

I love the mood that candle light combined with black and very dark red creates.  A little vintage, a little swanky, and a LOT of elegant.
