The ever-talented Brooke Mayo recently photographed the wedding of Carolina and Keegan in Hatteras, NC. I love the simple and relaxed fun of this event. Just take a look at the groom, who is clearly thrilled to be marrying his gorgeous bride!
Carolina and Keegan have a fabulous love story – and I simply couldn’t recount it better than the bride herself!
…I have a 10 year old and a set of triplets that are 5 yrs old. (Yes I said Triplets, I get that often) He has been in our lives for over 3 years. I remember the first time when we met he asked if I had kids and I said “Oh yea!!” His reply was good, I love kids.
Last May he asked me to marry him in front of the children, he sat them all down on the sofa and asked them if they knew what a family was? They each had their own little answer and they were all cute. He then said that he loves their mommy very much and them too. He asked each one if he could join our family. They started to yell with excitement, but my 10 year old started to cry and said “what took you so long, I have been waiting for that day” At that point, Keegan and I started to cry and of course I said YES!!!…
