Incorporating Photos & Memorabilia

Weddings are extremely personal and special, not only to you but to your loved ones as well.  What better way to honor your family and friends than by incorporating photographs and memorabilia?

Some ideas for weaving photos and treasured bits and bobs into your event are:

1) Collect framed photos that can be displayed around your venue in lieu of decor (budget-saver here!).  You could ask some of your guests for their wedding photos, find your favorite childhood photos at your grandparents’ homes, or simply frame favorite photos of you throughout your courtship.

2) Transform the cocktail hour into a walk through memory lane using these gorgeous cigar box centerpieces filled with mementos you have collected.  Interactive and just plain fun for your guests!  Hundreds of inexpensive cigar boxes can be found for sale on ebay.

3) Bring out the Polaroid for an instant photo guest book.  Several options are available, such as Robin’s fun etsy find, or these keepsake albums from Adesso.

4) Find a funky vintage photo booth and let your guests play all night!  The candid memories you’ll bring home will be well worth the cost.
