This week I’m in New York for the just-concluded National Stationery Show, where I’ve had the pleasure of not only getting to know some of my favorite designers a bit better, but also getting to spend some time with fellow members of the EAD family! E. came down for a whirlwind marathon session on Sunday, while Cyd was also down the entire week with the rest of the Smock Paper family. There was definitely an abundance of wedding invitations across the NSS aisles, so I thought I’d share a few of my favorites from the show here:
{yellow owl workshop – this husband and wife design team are two of the nicest people with an insanely cool custom design portfolio}
{sugarcube press – vintage-inspired design from southern California. And even the envelopes are letterpress!}
{two trick pony – I love the folk art-inspired details}
{twig + fig – it might be hard to tell in the photo above, but the invitation has a gorgeous letterpress woodgrain blind de-boss texture to it}
{smock paper – love the pops of bright color}
{lilywillow – a relatively new design studio with beautiful invitations}
{dauphine press – fabulous + feminine design details}
{dutch door press – consistently amazing use of pattern + color. I love the purple + deep teal combination!}
