Inspired by Provence and the French countryside, this beautiful bridal fashion shoot designed by MMD Events is so glamorous and elegant!  I adore the simple and classic hair, makeup, and jewelry paired with the gorgeous gown from The Dressing Room – when you have fabulous skin and shoulders, you don’t need to load up on the accessories, let your beauty shine through!  The bouquet created by Amanda Allen Designs features one of my favorite eye-catching blooms, anemones.  Loving each little detail and the beautiful images from Caroline & Evan Photography!

Ok, I guess the boy’s not vain. But I am admittedly vain, and if you need more proof, you can browse through all my old posts about makeup, hair, dresses, alterations, being thin, not being thin. It’s tiring (and expensive!) caring so much about your appearance. This is the result of my amateur styling of the two of us, along with links to the people that helped us be sparklier versions of ourselves.

Mr. had a hard time with the fact that I did NOT want a diamond. He thought I was only trying to be nice and “settling” for an aquamarine since a diamond was too expensive. Not at all. I completely trusted his judgment on what he wanted to spend. Even if I could have any ring in the world, regardless of price, I would *still* choose an aqua. Aside from the fact that I love the color, I love having something a little bit different, and it means a lot to me that my aunt has an aqua engagement ring as well. Finally I was able to convince him and I’m so happy with the final product!

My original plan for bridesmaids gifts revolved around fantastic jewelry. I also have had a few other things safely nestled up my sleeve for months now, but jewelry was the focal point of what I wanted to give my girls. However, after we all fell in love with incredible bridesmaid dresses that cost a bit more than I had hoped, I decided to take care of the girls’ shoes to help reduce their financial obligations. In doing so, I vastly increased my budget for bridesmaid gifts, which gets pretty expensive times seven bridesmaids. Needless to say, I had to scale back the jewelry portion of their gifts, which seemed to be ok given my love for several incredible Etsy sellers. Specifically, in recent months I have really taken a liking to Mia Beads and this amazing necklace in particular.

With a backdrop as breathtaking as the coastline of the Pacific Northwest, it’s no surprise that the team who created this shoot chose “sea floor meets shoreline” as their inspiration. Taking the color palette from the ocean with pops of color inspired by coral reefs, Dulce Blomma created gorgeous centerpieces and a jaw-dropping bouquet with dried florals and sun-bleached driftwood. One of the most amazing details though is the gown from Ephemerl with its subtle yet stunning peek of blue green fabric and we love how Sean Thomas Photography captured its movement against the ocean and all the rest of the magical beauty that this talented team created!

Inspired by the architecture and verdant gardens of Andalucía, this shoot from Bloomfield Photography is a flawless combination of grand venue and intimate outdoor space. A stunning organic green floral arch by Anais Floristas frames the intimate ceremony space and the bold Pantone blues used for the tablescape complement the vibrant greens of the surrounding Botanical Gardens of Málaga. The villa had never opened its doors to a styled shoot before but we are so very glad they decided to allow Reviva Weddings and the entire team to create something that showcases the stately manor and lush gardens so perfectly!

After a very quirky match-up on dating site eHarmony, Nicole and Seth found love in one another and were inseparable after that first date. When you know, you just know, right? A mere two years after their initial meeting, Seth enlisted their sweet pups for a surprising and cozy at-home proposal that was conducted in the same exact spot as their first kiss. So sweet!

Dana and Steven were married at the historic Tranquility Farm in Purceville, Virginia. The beautiful vineyards and rolling hills were the perfect backdrop for their day. Stunning florals and greenery by Colleen Rogin West complimented the flora and fauna of the estate perfectly! Dana was stunning in her Maggie Sottero lace gown, while her bridesmaids donned pale blue chiffon bridesmaids gowns. We simply adore all of the sophisticated rustic details and the beautiful imagery from Nikki Santerre Photography!

Brynn and Justin chose the spectacular views of downtown Orlando’s Dr Phillips Center to play host to their chic and classic Florida wedding! Their vision of an open, airy wedding was brought to life in the majestic floor to ceiling windows overlooking the city! Justin (whom according to Brynn is the fashionista in the relationship!) donned his Navy uniform for the ceremony, then changed into a sleek royal blue suit for the reception. A wedding party in pink Sorella Vita dresses accented the blue perfectly. Tickled Pink Brides worked with the couple to make sure their wedding day ran flawlessly, and Peddles created tall but simple centerpieces to fill up the room with its high ceilings. These two are so in love and every moment (including the adorable family time with their pups Lyric and Hudson) was beautifully captured by Kristen Weaver Photography!

Meg and Kevin held an intimate and sophisticated wedding at one of Chicago’s most laid-back venues, Ovation. Theirs was a true Chicago wedding: their rehearsal dinner, welcome party, and wedding venue were all located within a half mile from their house! Inspired by Kinfolk and Anthropologie, they chose exposed wood, rustic tables, and a less is more vibe, which was beautifully carried out by their wedding planner, Laura Hayes of Anticipation Events. The couple decided to forego the traditional wedding party and had only a best man and maid of honor, but spent the morning getting ready with their closest friends. Meg donned a lovely Sarah Seven gown, accented with her favorite leather jacket! We adore the intimate and warm feel of every moment captured by Charming in Love!
