Oh how we adore an elegant New York wedding! Kimberly and John’s sophisticated day started with a ceremony at The Cathedral Church of Saint John the Divine–where Kimberly wore a fabulous feather shrug over her Jenny Packham gown to quell the chill of the January day. Bridesmaids were decked out in convertible dresses by twobirds; Kimberly and her bridesmaids carried colorful, oversize bouquets by Poppies & Posies. The industrial backdrop of The Foundry, where the reception took place, was a nice counterpoint to the formal ceremony. Long tables dotted with votives and lights strung overhead created a romantic vibe for the rest of the evening. And we absolutely love the traveling bride and groom cake topper, a nod to the couple’s overseas meeting and shared hobby.
