Natural + Neutral Wedding Inspiration

Hello my dears and happy Christmas! I hope you are in the midst of much merry and bright. We have some beautiful and romantic holiday inspiration for you today from the Chicago dream team of Hello Darling, Nimble Well, and Kina Wicks! Taking inspiration from the colors of the season, Natalie from Hello Darling created a positively stunning bouquet in shades of crimson, blush, and garnet which pairs beautifully with centerpieces of beautiful greenery garland and a sea of taper candles. We adore the dessert table, which features the most lovely gold and white confection from Luscious Layers Bakery. The addition of silhouettes is such a romantic touch, and touches of berries and cotton echo the softness of the season. Just in time for the 4th of July, we have an classic and adorable summer engagement shoot from Love Life Studios and styled by The Stylish Soiree. I love all the patriotic details from the tablescape to the bride’s oversized sunglasses to the mini red, white, and blue pinwheels. Check out the flowers too, don’t the blue thistle kinda look like fireworks? This laid-back shoot absolutely gets me in the mood for a big slice of peach pie and an ice cold soda. Nestled beneath a wise old oak on the edge of a vineyard this couple exchanged their “I Do’s”. The green and white hues with the smallest touches of petal pink highlight the intimacy of the day. This gorgeous shoot has the perfect blend of coral and blue hues to really make it POP. Who would have ever thought that combining modern with rustic would come out to look so gorgeous? But it really does! Feminine and modern with a hint of Western-elegance are all ways to describe this inspiration shoot at Rancho Las Sabinas- an exclusive venue within the historical town of San Miguel de Allende.

This romantic and intimate editorial shoot is set in a field of wildflowers at the Green Door Gourmet farm in Nashville.  Styled by RSVP Events, the design features hues of pinks, peaches, and yellows, with gold and lilac accents for the perfect romantic summer wedding.  The ceremony setting is a gorgeous floral arbor in the wildflower field, with a table, bar, cake, and a champagne/cocktail cart nearby. 

Tuscan meets tropical at this Bok Tower Gardens wedding inspiration shoot. Located in Lake Whales, Florida, Bok Tower Gardens boasts historic landmarks and treasured architecture, secluded in lush gardens. Acres of ferns, palms, oak and pine trees and flowering foliage provide a serene and naturally beautiful setting that allows for the tile mosaics, sculptures, carvings and custom ironwork of Bok Tower to stand out for its own beauty. The vision of this wedding inspiration shoot was understated elegance. From the natural vibe of the paper goods crafted by Love Offering, to the palette of neutrals and dainty touches of gold, the entire design was dreamt up to exist in harmony with the serene setting rather than compete with it for attention.

This editorial captured by XO and Fetti Photography is inspired by the song “La Paloma,” written in 1961 by Sebastian Iradier. The Spanish melody feels romantic and ethereal, this editorial matched the song with soft details and a real couple with lots of charm. In this editorial, the bride is “La Paloma” returning messages of love to her heritage, reconnecting with her culture, the history and the art.

European romance comes to sunny California in this romantic wedding inspiration photographed by Renee Lemaire Photography. Inspired by the architecture of the venue, Kestrel Park, this team of vendors lead by planner Weddings by Susan Dunne captured the effortless elegance of the Provençial garden style. The classic color palette of French blue and cream perfectly complements the chateau-like setting. A tree-lined drive was the ideal ceremony setting, especially with the addition of lush florals and greenery by Mulberry and Moss. After an intimate al fresco garden reception, a black vintage speedster convertible was the ultimate getaway.

We are so excited to share this wedding look inspiration for both brides and grooms today! From ethereal to chic, each one of these dresses from The Bridal Finery may be unique but they are all unquestionably timeless and full of style. It’s almost impossible for these grooms to be any more charming, but they are simply dashing in their suits from Leonardo Fifth Avenue and could move effortlessly from ceremony to reception to after-party, all with classic style. Finally, Pixies and Petals provided a gorgeous backdrop lush with airy florals that fit perfectly with any of the variety of these looks in the shoot. After driving through the English countryside and up to the gates of Hencote Estate Winery with its hillside vineyards and Georgian hay barn, the team behind today’s shoot said they felt like they had crossed the Channel into France! Envisioning a late summer or early autumn wedding, they chose an elegant fall color palette with touches of champagne and pops of coral. Dreamy, elegant, and a bit playful, today’s shoot is inspired by a bold and summery citrus-hued palette. Events with Becca designed a tablescape bursting with bright blooms, fresh-cut fruits, and a touch of romance from the beautiful calligraphy by Caitlin O’Bryant Design. The Bloom & Co. mixed florals in bold and buttery shades of yellow, orange, pink, and red, in both the stunning bouquet and centerpiece. Today’s wedding inspiration comes from the idea that downsizing your guest list and implementing social distancing measures into your big day does not mean that you have to downsize your vision! Magnolia Celebrates shows us ways to elevate your wedding style, such as using smaller, more intimate tables and creating unique tablescapes or place settings for each, using stately plate covers for a plated meal, or displaying a faux wedding cake throughout the event. The team behind today’s post was inspired by the old Spanish architecture of the venue. They incorporated shades of mauve, brick, cappuccino, and sage into the tablescapes, each table getting a unique set of linens and gorgeous florals by Flowers By Yona. So many wonderful ideas from this shoot and these photos by Caroline Willett are sure to give you lots of ideas for your own wedding, whether it will be in the time of social distancing or not!

The words chic and French go hand in hand, so it’s no surprise that although this shoot by P3 Events was inspired by the bountiful florals and gardens of the French countryside, it is also exceptionally stylish.
